Every mural is produced individually to order, based on the selected motif, the dimensions provided, the format, and further individual order parameters.

Under section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to personal requirements.

Accordingly, there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for custom-made murals if the customer changes their purchase decision after the fact.

If the murals have not yet been applied, cut, damaged, or otherwise used, you are welcome to contact us by email.

We review each case individually and aim to find a suitable solution together with you. This voluntary goodwill gesture does not establish a general right of return or withdrawal for custom-made products.

For items that are not produced to your specification – in particular material samples in standard size – the statutory right of withdrawal applies: you may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or by email to [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Sending the notification before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

In the event of an effective withdrawal we refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment as the original transaction. You must return the goods within fourteen days and bear the direct cost of returning them.
