Your contracting party is Oleh Yusypenko, Einzelunternehmen, Karl-Marx-Straße 22, 02943 Weißwasser/O.L., Deutschland. Full provider details are listed in the imprint.

These terms apply in the version published at the time of the order. Deviating terms of the customer apply only if we expressly agree to them in text form.

The presentation of artwork in the store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

You configure artwork, dimensions, material, and crop, add the product to the cart, and submit a binding offer to purchase when you place the order in checkout.

Immediately after submission you receive an order acknowledgement by email. It documents receipt of your order and does not yet constitute acceptance.

The contract is concluded as soon as we expressly confirm the order or begin production. For PayPal or card payments, the contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment.

We store the contract text; your order data and the selected configuration are additionally sent to you by email. The contract is concluded in German or English.

Every mural is manufactured individually to your specifications. Artwork, dimensions, material, and fit mode are stored as a snapshot of the order and form the basis for production.

Please check dimensions, crop, and material carefully before submitting your order. Changes are possible only as long as production has not started; in that case contact us immediately at [email protected].

Colour deviations between screen display and print are technically possible and do not constitute a defect as long as they remain within the usual range.

All prices shown are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT, currently 19 %.

Available methods: IBAN / bank transfer, PayPal, Card via Stripe. The payment methods shown in checkout are decisive.

For bank transfer, production starts once the full amount has been received in our account. Please state the order number as the payment reference.

Production usually takes 7-10 business days from receipt of payment or conclusion of contract. The carrier transit time is added to this.

Standard shipping within Europe is free of charge; the price shown is the amount you pay.

Delivery times are estimates. If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you without delay.

All murals are manufactured individually to your specifications. Under section 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer.

A later change of mind therefore does not establish a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are available on the Withdrawal & returns page.

Regardless of this, we review each case as a goodwill gesture: as long as the goods have not been applied, cut, or otherwise used, we look for a solution together. This voluntary service does not create a legal entitlement.

Statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods show a production defect, were damaged in transit, or do not match the confirmed order, please contact us at [email protected].

Please include photos of the defect and your order number where possible. We review the complaint promptly and propose a solution: repair, replacement, or refund.

Please report transport damage promptly after receipt. This simplifies clarification with the carrier but is not a precondition for your statutory rights.

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

If you provide your own artwork, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights and indemnify us against third-party claims in this respect.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
